I began working with Brainerd Helicopters / Firehawk Helicopters in 2010 while working for Central Florida Helpdesk, A small Managed IT Support Services company based out of Fruitland Park, FL. At Firehawk Helicopters I have 2 primary points of contact: 1- Roger (Maintenance Support Coordinator) & Alan (Project Manager for Firehawk Helicopters & Leesburg City Commissioner).
My main point of contact at is Roger, He is one of those people that has many hats within the company, one of those being internal IT Support. Anytime he runs into IT issues he doesn’t have the time for or needs some guidance on projects that is where I come into play. I have helped this company recover from Ransomware Attacks, Assisted in allowing remote capabilities for their team. Generally the tasks that I complete for Roger are the Server administration tasks that we do every day at Computer Central.
- Provide Remote & Onsite IT Support when issues arise that the internal IT team needs additional assistance with

- Provide Remote Support & work with internal IT Contacts
- Setup Secured Remote Access Policy
- Configure Firewall rules to allow all features of their VOIP Phone System

- Configure Site to Site VPN policies on firewalls and install one at Leesburg location and ship the other to the Boise location.
- Re-purposed old domain controller for the Boise location
- Create & Remove domain users
- Add & Remove member computers from the domain
