I began working with Gray Systems in 2010. We began our working relationship by providing hosted email services and offsite backup services. That shortly turned into a full blown Managed IT Services client after about 6 months of working together. We have helped them with server migrations, ransomware attacks, outages due to storms, Supporting their third party software that they use. Most importantly is the CEO of Gray Systems, Fred is able to sleep easy at night knowing Computer Central is watching over the equipment that their business relies on to operate on a daily basis. 

  • Create, Edit, Change, and Delete Network accounts as employees are added to and removed from our partner’s team.
  • Monitor the server for any suspicious login attempts, if any are detected we block the IP address that the bogus attempt came from to prevent brute force attacks.
  • Monitor the system for any ransomware infections and upon ransomware being detected that computer will automatically be isolated from the rest of the network to prevent the infection from spreading.
  • Scan the server with our Enterprise A/V solution
  • Create policies that automate printer installation, mapping of network drives, redirected folders, security permissions, and automated procedures.
  • Review security logs for any unauthorized access attempts
  • Monitor firewall & router logs for any suspicious activity
  • Implement industry best practices to protect these devices against cyber security attacks. 
  • Manage Print Queues: assist with any issues printing 
  • Monitor the backup status of the previous evening and test the backup image to ensure that is able to be restored and the data is un-compromised.
  • Setup Hosted Exchange (Email Services) For Partner
  • Setup Managed Email Security to protect against cyberattacks
  • Manage & Monitor the email security to ensure the organization stays protected from malicious attacks.
  • Setup Notification to help protect against CEO Spoofing
  • Implemented DMARC, DKIM & SPF Policies

  • Provided Pro-active Maintenance to Domain Controller (Server)
  • Provided Pro-active Maintenance to Workstations & Laptops
  • Provided onsite & remote support for computer problems encountered through out the work day.
  • In the event problems are detected or are predicted on the computer systems, our monitoring system detects the problem and creates a support ticket.
  • Once the ticket is created we resolve the problem, if it is a long process or it seems like it may impede the user’s productivity we contact the client to see if they need it resolved right away or if there is a better time to have us work on your resolution.
